1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Everglades Interactive Inc. ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), the operator of the A Everglades platform at arewardawaits.com (the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering for, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, the law, or our practices. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended strictly for adults. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in the province or territory in which you reside, whichever is greater, to register or use any feature of the Platform. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

We may, at any time, request proof of age or identity and may suspend or close any account where we reasonably believe the user does not satisfy these requirements. The Platform is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the required age.

3. Definitions

To help you understand these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:

• Account — the personal profile you create to access registered features of the Platform, including your gameplay history, virtual coin balance, and saved preferences.
• Virtual coins — an on-screen, in-Platform unit used only to play demo games and participate in activities. Virtual coins are a limited, revocable licence to use a feature and are not money, currency, credit, or any form of property.
• Rewards — optional, non-monetary items, perks, or partner offers that registered users may be eligible to claim through promotional activity, subject to availability and the conditions described in Section 7.
• Partner — a third party with whom we maintain an affiliate or promotional relationship and through whom certain Rewards may be fulfilled.

4. Account registration & security

Some features require you to create an Account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

• You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your Account.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
• We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You may hold only one Account unless we expressly permit otherwise.

5. Free gameplay & virtual coins

A Everglades is a free-to-play gaming platform offered for entertainment purposes only. The Platform does not offer real-money gambling of any kind. There is no opportunity to wager, win, or lose real money, and no gameplay outcome carries any monetary value.

Virtual coins are provided to you as part of the experience and exist only inside the Platform. To make this unmistakably clear:

• Virtual coins have no cash value and can never be exchanged, redeemed, or converted into real money, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary worth.
• There are no cash withdrawals and no cash-out mechanism of any kind.
• Virtual coins are non-transferable between users and may not be traded, sold, or gifted outside the Platform.
• We may grant, adjust, expire, or revoke virtual coins at our discretion, including to maintain fair play or correct errors.

Playing with virtual coins is not a substitute for, and does not provide practice toward, any real-money gambling product. Success in our demo games does not imply future success at real-money gambling, should you choose to engage with such activities elsewhere.

6. Purchases of optional coin packs

You can enjoy the Platform entirely for free. As a convenience, we may offer optional coin packs that grant additional virtual coins for use within the Platform. Buying a coin pack purchases a virtual item only — it does not purchase money, an entry into a prize draw, or any chance to win something of monetary value.

• All purchases are for non-refundable virtual items consumed within the Platform, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
• Prices are shown before checkout and may be changed at any time for future purchases.
• Purchased virtual coins remain subject to all the limitations in Section 5, including having no cash value and no cash-out option.
• You are responsible for any taxes associated with a purchase that are not collected by us or our payment processor.

7. Rewards & redemption via partners

From time to time we may make optional, non-monetary Rewards available to registered users through promotional activity. Rewards may include partner offers, digital perks, or limited-availability items, and are always subject to specific eligibility rules, regional restrictions, and availability published with each promotion.

Where a Reward is fulfilled by a Partner, your claim and any resulting benefit are governed by that Partner's own terms. We do not control and are not responsible for a Partner's products, services, or fulfilment. Rewards are not a prize won through gambling, carry no guaranteed monetary value, and may be modified, substituted, or withdrawn at our discretion where permitted by law.

8. Affiliate program

The Platform operates in part as an affiliate program. This means that certain links, banners, or partner offers on the Platform are commercial in nature, and we may earn a commission or other consideration when you click through or take an action with a Partner. These relationships help keep the Platform free to use.

Affiliate links do not change the price you pay a Partner and do not affect our editorial selection of content. You are under no obligation to use any affiliate link, and any transaction you enter into with a Partner is solely between you and that Partner.

9. Acceptable use & prohibited conduct

You agree to use the Platform lawfully, respectfully, and in line with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform if you are under the required minimum age or in a jurisdiction where it is unlawful.
• Attempting to exploit, cheat, automate, script, or manipulate gameplay, virtual coins, Rewards, or promotions.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, scraping, or interfering with the Platform, its servers, or its security.
• Uploading or transmitting unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Impersonating any person, creating multiple Accounts to gain an advantage, or providing false registration details.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by us.

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including warning, suspending, or terminating Accounts and removing content.

10. Intellectual property

The Platform and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, the A Everglades name and marks, software, game assets, layout, and design — are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.

11. Third-party content & links

The Platform may display content from, or contain links to, third-party websites, streams, news sources, and services that we do not own or control. Such content and links are provided for convenience and information only, and their inclusion does not imply our endorsement.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, legality, or practices of any third-party site or service. When you leave the Platform via a link, the terms and privacy policies of the destination apply, and you access them at your own risk.

12. Disclaimers & "as is"

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Platform at your own discretion and risk.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its directors, officers, employees, and Partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Because the Platform is free to use and virtual coins have no cash value, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for optional coin packs in the three months before the claim, or fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and close your Account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Platform.

On termination, your licence to use the Platform ends immediately and any virtual coin balance is forfeited without compensation, consistent with Section 5. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

15. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
